Product Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will credit or replace DEFECTIVE products only within 30 days of purchase. As soon as you receive your product please open the item and make sure it is working properly. If there is a defective product in your order, you MUST contact us prior to returning any defective item(s). Please return the item(s) in their original packaging within 30 days to the address you receive from us in your email. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be credited to your account. Please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period.
Tena's Formation does not accept unauthorized product returns. You will be charged for all undeliverable or refused packages and such product will be returned to stock. You will be credited for the returned product in an undeliverable or refused package, less a 25% restocking fee. Tena's Formation will contact you via email that the package was returned by the shipper.
Items Cannot Be Returned for Size or Function
Order items CANNOT be returned for sizing or function reasons. Many of our products come with sizes, functions, colors, etc. listed in the product description. Customer cannot return products because they do not like them or because the item is “too big” or “too small”. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please be sure to read the product descriptions carefully prior to ordering.
